Senior Professional Officer - Public Transport Facilities Management at City of Cape Town

Requirements

• A relevant B Degree
• Minimum of five (5) years’ proven experience in a transport facilities management environment
• Computer Literacy – MS Office Suite
• Staff management experience
• Physically Fit
• A valid code B (08) driver’s license and willingness to travel

Key Performance Areas

• Provide Input into the development, implementation and monitoring of the business plan, budget and expenditure of the facilities section
• Manage the maintenance of public transport facilities to provide Public Transport users with safe, secure, clean and well-managed facilities
• Management, administration and review of contracts and Projects as they relate to the section
• Implement and oversee business processes within Public Transport Facilities Management Section
• Manage, develop and mentor staff within the assigned team.
• Ensure the development & adherence to norms, guidelines,policies & procedures towards improved service delivery.
