Job Description

• Insight into the regional macro envi- ronment, industry policy development trend, and market impact of new domains, identify market opportunities and threats, and analyse market space and growth and support successful incubation of new business,
• Collect and analyse ICT market, network, user behaviour, and operation data, and provide routine insights. Support timely identification and mitigation ofindustry risks.

Professional Knowledge&Business Skill

• Strategic understanding and insight: Have good understanding of ICT industry and related policy insight and engagement meth ods.
• Marketing planning and execution: Be able 0 plan and implement routine communication activities with government and ICT in- dustry customers
• Communication and influence: Be able to participate in activities of local government agencies and industry associations . Be able to cooperate with consulting firms, analysts,and KOLs, and plan voice-making activities related to industry topics and policies with the media.
• Practical experience in the ICT industry, such as IT telecom technologies, products, and comprehensive solutions, such as mobile network(36/46/5G), fixed network(fbre), cloud services, etc
