We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Service Centre Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the service centre team, as well as assisting with customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
Scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians
Processing work orders and maintaining accurate records
Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
Assisting with billing and invoicing
Providing administrative support to service centre team members
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a service centre or automotive environment is a plus
Schedule:
This is a part-time position, with flexible hours available
Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
