Our people are the heart of our business and we are on the hunt for a Service Desk Manager. We are looking for a Service Desk Manager, to run the daily operations of the Managed Services team, maximizing profitability while never compromising on client satisfaction and our shared human values.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure the service desk team resolve support queries within the SLA
• Ensure clients are satisfied with the services and value delivered.
• Lead, guide, and mentor team members to achieve their goals and KPIs
• Monitor the profits of the managed services business unit and make necessary improvements to ensure company targets are met.
