Zoning, routing and planning of contract and job work
Complete daily, weekly and monthly iCABS housekeeping as required to ensure that planning and routing systems operate at optimum level
Liaise with customers to book initial and subsequent treatments and installations
Ensure that all work is completed every month and manage catch up of visits
Run various iCABS service reports in order to assist the supervisor in monitoring technicians productivity and the state of service
Maintain data in the system ensuring that it is accurate and up to date
Check technicians daily worksheets and manually enter any visits not entered via the PDA
Monitor productivity daily
Monthly card audit
Maintain filing system for service cards and work lists
Complaints – log complaints on iCABS creating CCM tickets. All staff are expected to deal with complaints in a professional manner and within 48 hours of receiving the complaint.
To assist with any other ad hoc administration duties
Requirements
Matric( Grade 12)
Computer literate – MS Office
Above average Excel Skills
Above average numeracy skills
Good knowledge of Rentokil mainframe (internal applicants)
