Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting and API skills, solid CMDB knowledge, and hands-on experience with AWS integrations, Event Management, DevOps Change, and Service Catalog items.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and maintain bidirectional integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and AWS.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow Event Management capabilities.
• Create and maintain APIs, integration workflows, and data exchanges.
• Develop scripts, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and scheduled jobs.
• Configure and maintain CMDB data, relationships, discovery processes, and data integrity.
• Implement and support ServiceNow DevOps Change functionality.
• Develop and maintain catalog items, record producers, workflows, and approval processes.
• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting skills, particularly JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with bidirectional integrations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS services.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Event Management.
• Strong API experience, including REST and SOAP web services.
• Solid understanding of CMDB structures, relationships, and data management.
• Experience with ServiceNow DevOps Change.
• Experience developing Service Catalog items and related workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Advantageous

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator certification.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server, Discovery, or Service Mapping.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, DevOps, and ITIL processes.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
