Shift Engineer - To oversee and manage the operational activities during the shift, monitor operational performance and provide technical support to ensure efficiency, productivity and safety of NOMAC’s plant, whilst achieving the shift production targets.

Skills
A Bachelor degree holder in Engineering.
8 years’ experience in water desalination and power generation plants with 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Skills:
Knowledge of relevant plant equipment
SAP working knowledge is preferred
New IMS system awareness/working knowledge is preferred
Project Management
Mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Knowledge of the operations in water desalination and power generation plants and of NOMAC operations
Strong planning, organizing, and integration skills
