• Manage brand and size change over
• Limiting rework or non-conformance
• Ensuring the relevant process control is applied to produce a product which complies with quality specifications
• Development and motivation of Subordinate
• Managing administration duties i.e. compile OEE sheet, declare and investigate losses on Production Order variances, compile claims, etc.
• Facilitate the Mini Business operating principles, processes and practices
• Attending various meetings i.e. Level 1 and level 2 , Multilevel, Problem solving and Service Level Agreement.

The Successful Candidate Must Have The Following Experience/skills

• NQF 5 Engineering, Trade Test Artisan
• 3-5 year’ experience in an FMCG bottling / canning environment
• Excel Basic
• OEM Technical business model knowledge
• OEM HMI’s
• Budget control
• Budget setting and forecasting process

• Asset care principles and knowledge
• Basic Project management Skills
• People management skills
