    Shop Assistant - George

    Job functions and duties:

    • Assisting customers via telephone, email, SMS & WhatsApp)
    • Assisting sales team in closing deals 
    • Capturing orders on system 
    • Other administrative functions (cash-ups, counter relief) 
    • Running the social media accounts

    Requirements:

    • Matric certificate
    • Strong administration and computer skills  
    • Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
    • Available for 5 day working week (shifts)
    • Good understanding of social media 
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Customer service orientated (able to handle difficult customers and resolve complaints)
    • Time management skills
    • Problem solving skills
    • Multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
    • Sales Office Administration
