Shop Assistant - Retail Industry - Pretoria East at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-organized.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and displaying new stock arrivals.
• Address customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain high customer service standards.

Requirements

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude.
