Shop Assistant at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Prepare and provide quotes to customers based on their requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist in stock management, including receiving, shelving, and inventory control.
• Support promotional activities and special sales events.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
