• To drive operational excellence across silo and bunker facilities by optimizing processes, ensuring grain quality, managing fumigation, overseeing procurement, and delivering accurate reporting. The role ensures cost-effective, safe, and high-performing operations aligned with industry standards and company goals.

Requirements

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

• Grade 12
• Grain grader qualification
• All fumigation as well as grain silo operating course certification

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

• 10 years, of which 5 years in a handling and storage managerial position
