Ensure submission of the WSP and ATR to the Wholesale Retail SETA by the 31 April each year.
Conduct an analysis to determine training outcomes.
Understand the Sector Skills Plan with focus on scares and critical skills planning.
Keep appropriate and accurate training records.
That appropriate procedures and records are kept of training committee meetings.
Prepare quarterly reports on Training conducted monthly by intervention.
Report on monthly spends broken down by demographic monthly.
Active member of the EE Committee, and report on training interventions that supports the business in achieving EE goals.
That appropriate procedures and records are kept of training committee meetings.
Take responsibility for the development of the WSP and the necessary consultation thereon.
Oversee the implementation of training.
Ensure participation in learnerships and skills programs.
Strategically align the training and development of skills in an organization
Conduct an analysis to determine training outcomes.

Capturing of purchase orders and filing of invoices
Make all required information available for BBBEE verification process.
Prepare Skills Development Stats for Employment Equity reports.
Submit Skills Data for Transformation & BBBEE Commission report.
Ensure all documentation is supplied to HR and payroll timeously.
Ensure registering and linking of learners is achieved by SETA allocated deadlines.
Processing of SETA Claims as per grant allocations
Coordinate onboarding program for new employees as and when needed.
Coordinate onboarding surveys
Ad hoc project as and when dictated by the business.
JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Post Matric Qualification in HR/ HRD or related field from reputable institution.
3-4 years of experience in the Human Resources/ Training Function
