    Bakery School South Africa Facilitator - Tembisa

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Ensuring that all moderation and assessment procedures are adhered to.
    • Facilitating learning to learners daily.
    • Planning and preparing lessons as per curriculum.
    • Completing training as per curriculum supplied.
    • Providing monthly reports.
    • Rolling out developmental plan for learners.
    • Achieving agreed outcomes on a quarterly basis.
    • Updating learner tracking documents.
    • Perform other duties as per operational requirements.

    JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric (Grade 12).
    • Must have a relevant Bakery qualification (Confectionary, Pastry and Chocolate)
    • Valid Driver’s License.
    • Product knowledge of Bakery, Pastry and chocolate industry.
    • Relevant experience in a training environment.
    • Be in possession of a Moderator and Assessor qualification.
    • Have previous experience in training learners & facilitating learners of classes up to 25 in numbers.
    • Computer literacy: MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
    • Written comprehension – the ability to read and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
    • Good communication skills - English is a prerequisite.
    • Ability to read and write in English and any other language(s)
    • Good personality, hardworking, teamwork, service orientated, creative, innovative, trustworthy, open to learn from feedback.

    Skills Development Facilitator

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Ensure submission of the WSP and ATR to the Wholesale Retail SETA by the 31 April each year.
    • Conduct an analysis to determine training outcomes.
    • Understand the Sector Skills Plan with focus on scares and critical skills planning.
    • Keep appropriate and accurate training records.
    • That appropriate procedures and records are kept of training committee meetings.
    • Prepare quarterly reports on Training conducted monthly by intervention.
    • Report on monthly spends broken down by demographic monthly.
    • Active member of the EE Committee, and report on training interventions that supports the business in achieving EE goals.
    • That appropriate procedures and records are kept of training committee meetings.
    • Take responsibility for the development of the WSP and the necessary consultation thereon.
    • Oversee the implementation of training.
    • Ensure participation in learnerships and skills programs.
    • Strategically align the training and development of skills in an organization
    • Conduct an analysis to determine training outcomes.
    • Understand the Sector Skills Plan with focus on scares and critical skills planning.
    • Capturing of purchase orders and filing of invoices
    • Make all required information available for BBBEE verification process.
    • Prepare Skills Development Stats for Employment Equity reports.
    • Submit Skills Data for Transformation & BBBEE Commission report.
    • Ensure all documentation is supplied to HR and payroll timeously.
    • Ensure registering and linking of learners is achieved by SETA allocated deadlines.
    • Processing of SETA Claims as per grant allocations
    • Coordinate onboarding program for new employees as and when needed.
    • Coordinate onboarding surveys
    • Ad hoc project as and when dictated by the business.

    JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Post Matric Qualification in HR/ HRD or related field from reputable institution.
    • 3-4 years of experience in the Human Resources/ Training Function
    • Good administrative skills & Attention to details
