Core Responsibilities:
Anaylyse, develop and implement skills requirements within the department
Execute, monitor the implementation of personnel development plans of employees and report accordingly
Prepare a system and circulate skills audit questionnaire to complete the current skills level developmental requirements and career aspirations
Assess the effectiveness of the plan to meet objectives of the IDP against specific measures reflecting cost, time and quality content
Ensure staff receives the necessary skills and development learning interventions to ensure efficient and quality service delivery
Coordinate training interventions, liaise with service providers, compile and update statistical information on training completed, attendance levels and targets achieved
Prepare reports outlining objectives and accomplished outcomes, verify payment of invoices of service provider
