Technical Senior Maintenance Artisan
Reports to Maintenance Shift Team Leader

Productivity:

• Shift Bound duties will be adhered to as per Business Requirements.
• Adhere to the Shift Pattern to ensure optimal support for Production.
• Full Understanding and Accountability on Machine Regulations and OSH Act.
• Technical Maintenance Support During Breakdowns.
• Supports Production Teamto achieve volume by rapid response to breakdowns.
• All Breakdowns are resolved and responded to before handing over to incoming shift.
• Ensure Attendance availibility for Plant Commissioning and Start-Up adherance before Start of Production.
• Optimise and continously improve equipment and systems to improve Technical and Qaulity Targets.
• SIEMENS PLC Fault Finding Required.
• KUKA Robotics Experience - Mechanical and Electrical

Preventative Maintenance:

• Will ensure the successful and timeous completion of all PMs required to ensure maximum availability and runtime for the production equipment.
• Daily Planningand Execution ofPreventative Maintenance Plan Scehdulefor Assigned Area.
• Responsible to ensure spares (rotatable) are returned to the stores as to ensure availability in the maintenance storeroom.
• To assign maintenance work in the most economical way possible, accurately record necessary information and adhere to the work order procedure.
• Ensure continuous improvement of quality on maintenance tasks pro-actively and plant availability.
• Supports Maintenance Activities during Production and Non-Production Hours.
• Perform maintenance work after hours to ensure equipment availivility and reliability.
• Maintenance Weekend Work Project Support will be required.

Qualifications:

• Technical National Diploma / B-Tech Degree.
• Dual Skills Trade
• Paint Shop Experience will be an advantage.
