    Snr Digital Conceptual Team

    We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Conceptual Team (Art Director/Designer & Copywriter) to join our innovative department. This role will primarily revolve around the creative tech space, where you will apply your creative expertise to ideate, conceptualize, and execute cutting-edge projects. As a Conceptual Creative Team Member, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary departments and clients to translate ideas into impactful experiences using the latest technologies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ideate and Conceptualize: Generate ground-breaking and inventive ideas by leveraging your deep understanding of technology, emerging trends, and user experience
    • Collaborative Brainstorming: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, working closely with cross-functional teams to contribute concepts that align with project goals and objectives
    • Creative Development: Develop and refine concepts into tangible creative solutions, including interactive installations, digital experiences, augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) applications, and other immersive technologies
    • Storytelling and Visualization: Craft compelling narratives and visual representations to effectively communicate and present concepts to both internal teams and clients
    • Research and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of creative technology advancements, conducting research, and exploring new tools, platforms, and techniques to enhance the team's capabilities
    • Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with designers, developers, data planners, strategists and other team members to ensure seamless integration of ideas, technologies, and artistic elements
    • Client Interaction: Engage in client interactions, actively seeking their input and feedback, while effectively communicating complex creative technology concepts in a clear and relatable manner

    Requirements:

    • Professional Experience: A proven track record working in a creative or design-related role within the creative technology space
    • Creative and Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and understanding of creative technology, interactive design, user experience (UX), and emerging trends in the field
    • Conceptual Thinking: Strong ability to generate and articulate innovative concepts and ideas, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the creative technology realm
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing tools and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, Unreal Engine, basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python), familiarity with AR/VR development and AI
    • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Adaptability and Agility: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and project requirements
    • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your conceptual thinking, creative projects, and technical abilities within the creative technology space

    Software Requirements

    The ideal candidate would have the following software experience:

    • Adobe CC (With a focus on XD)
    • MS Office
    • iWork
