Software Engineer at Amaris

Job description

As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent to expand our Finance activities and join a new fintech initiative, launched internally. We are looking for an agile and self-starter Experienced Software Engineer to develop a new financial product, empowered by Mantu, to help our clients on their daily financial management. You will be one of the 3 first talents of this fintech & responsible for the following tasks:

• Defining and executing an ambitious technical strategy and roadmap to help us grow
• Work closely with our CPO to figure out how to build the best possible product
• Design, grow and lead our engineering organization
• Be accountable for engineering velocity, product quality, security, and performance.
• Build the IT department in charge of this product
• Constantly look ahead and make sure we're solve the problems that come with increasing the scale of both our user base and our team

Profile Requirement

• Minimum Master or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Coding Skills : Java, VueJS, Typescript ; SQL
• Spring Boot , ElasticSearch, Postgresql
• Nice to have: CI/CD, Terraform
• Strong Oral and written communication in both English & French.
• Strong interest in finance innovation & open banking
• Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
