We are seeking an experienced solar electrician to join our team at Stage Zero. The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar industry and be able to handle a wide range of solar electrical projects with minimal supervision. As a solar electrician, you will be responsible for Training external companies installing, repairing and maintaining solar electrical systems and equipment in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Installers, repair and maintain solar electrical systems and equipment, including solar panels, inverters, and battery storage systems.
Conduct electrical tests and troubleshoot problems in solar systems.
Ensure that all solar electrical work complies with relevant safety codes and regulations.
Read and interpret solar electrical drawings and schematics and assisting installers.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete solar projects.
To train and Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and doing spot checks at where install are taking place.
Train Installers on house keeping
Train installers in using the Stage Zero App
Train installers to do installation within 1 Day
Make sure installers have the right tools on hand to do the install. Do regular tool checks
Requirements:
Completion of a recognized electrician apprenticeship program.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the solar industry.
Strong knowledge of solar electrical safety codes and regulations.
Experience with solar electrical design and installation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to perform the job, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
Valid driver's license.
All Certifications needed to be a certified electrician and PV Green Card
