Solar Support Technician at Pollock & Associates

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-phase qualified installation electrician.
• Electrical Engineering Diploma advantageous.

Experience Required:

• 3–5 years’ proven experience in fault finding, system integration, and solar installations.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient computer literacy (MS Office Suite, SAP, ERP systems, job-specific software).
• Strong understanding of production, engineering, sales, and marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dependable technical support with minimal equipment downtime.
• Plan and execute proactive maintenance to maximise asset life and prevent disruptions.
• Ensure full compliance with safety and ISO maintenance standards.
