Solutions Architect (SAP S/4HANA & SuccessFactors) Finance & HR at DeARX Services (Pty) Ltd

• Our client is currently looking for a dynamic Solutions Architect to lead and support the implementation and optimisation of Finance and HR systems. This role focuses on leveraging SAP S/4HANA (Finance) and SuccessFactors (HR), while integrating new solutions into the ERP environment and supporting peripheral systems such as procurement.
• You will play a strategic role in driving efficiency, ensuring business processes are supported by robust ERP solutions, and providing architectural guidance across multiple systems. This is a permanent opportunity based in Cape Town, offering exposure to both SAP and non-SAP systems within a forward-thinking technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain ERP solution architecture for Finance and HR domains.
• Lead the integration of ERP platforms (primarily SAP) with peripheral applications and cloud solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solution designs.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for ERP landscapes.
• Provide architectural guidance on ERP implementations, upgrades, and related projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment between technology and business objectives.
• Stay informed of ERP, integration, and cloud trends to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in solution architecture.
• 6-8 years' experience in ERP systems integration design & implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and HR ERP platforms, ideally SAP S/4HANA (Finance) and SAP SuccessFactors (HR).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders.

Preferred / Advantageous

• ERP or SAP certifications.
• ITIL 4 certification.
• Agile delivery experience (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience leading ERP implementation or major integration projects.
