We are looking for a talented Sourcing Manager to join our team specializing in Purchasing for our Corporate Organization in J ohannesburg, Waterfall Park / your remote home office.

• Purchasing Ethics - Avoids supplier engagement that may compromise supplier sourcing, selection, and management processes and seeks counsel to ensure compliance.

• Supplier Contract Development - Creates contracts to cover commercial and legal relationship between Cummins and supplier; incorporates commercial requirements and laws of regions, drive consensus amongst stakeholders and develops a mutually agreed and legally approved contract created using a Master Supply Agreement (MSA) and the C-Review Process and Negotiations Excellence skill.

• Problem Solving - Solves problems using a systematic analysis process by leveraging industry standard methodologies to create problem traceability and protect the customer; determines the assignable cause; implements robust, data-based solutions; identifies the systemic root causes and recommended actions to prevent problem reoccurrence.

• Cost Management- Drives total cost TCO reductions across the entire supply chain.

• Contract Development Expertise- Validates sourcing and contract activities of sourcing teams.

• Advanced negotiation skills- Drives total cost TCO reductions across the entire supply chain.

• Team Leadership- manages and coaches teams; provides timeous feedback and delivers recommendations for training and development opportunities among staff members
