    Specialist Change Management

     

    Job Description

    To support the Change Management processes of the various projects within the M4S program and HRIS Projects, ensuring the effective Change Management by supporting the Project leads with direction and guidance with regards to System Change Management when required. Effective, efficient and sustainable HR System Change management processes, aligned to the Anglo operating model. Assume the ownership in respect to Change Management and training support for all System projects associated with HRIS & M4S and its interface/alignment

    • Effective Planning and Execution of Change Management for HRIS & M4S projects aligned to the Prosci Methodology (ADKAR Model)
    • Identify the change management requirements for system implementation aligned to the Prosci Change Management Methodology (prepare, manage and reinforcing the change).
    • Support the development of detailed People Impact Assessments for each HRIS & M4S project which includes a detailed Stakeholder analysis, identifying various impacts "risks" which the new project poses and to develop plans/actions to manage these specific impacts per stakeholder group.
    • Provide support with the development of Change Plans aligned to the ADKAR model per project to assist with setting direction and alignment within the team in terms of Change Management for Project Execution and Roll Out.
    • Facilitate in cooperation with the Project Lead a clear roll out plan per project to ensure that required preparation work is completed for successful project roll out to ensure successful change management.
    • Assuming the correct change management approach aligned to each operation's requirements and needs.
    • Support and drive integrated change management approaches across HRIS & M4S projects.
    • Facilitate and support alignment sessions with various stakeholders who play a critical role in project success. Specifically, when the new system requires support from other departments and functions within the organisation.

    Qualifications

    • NQF 7 Bachelor’s Degree/ Honours in Industrial Psychology (specialization in Change management and or Systems / HRIS)
    • Prosci Certified
