Job Description
To support the Change Management processes of the various projects within the M4S program and HRIS Projects, ensuring the effective Change Management by supporting the Project leads with direction and guidance with regards to System Change Management when required. Effective, efficient and sustainable HR System Change management processes, aligned to the Anglo operating model. Assume the ownership in respect to Change Management and training support for all System projects associated with HRIS & M4S and its interface/alignment
