    Specialist: Change Management

    DEPARTMENTAL MISSION:

    • To lead and manage the organisation’s change management initiatives.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development/ Journalism / Behavioural Science

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 8 years’ change management experience with at least 3 years’ experience at specialist level

    ADDED ADVANTAGE:

    • Certificate in Change Management.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs):

    • Develop and maintain change management frameworksꓹ plans, processesꓹ and tools to support people side of change within the organisation.
    • Lead and manage change management functions.
    • Develop change management strategies and plans.
    • Provide advice and consultative expertise on change management matters.
    • Determine the section’s (Change Management) resource requirements in accordance with the expected deliverables.
