    Job Analyst

    DEPARTMENTAL MISSION:

    • To provide job analysis and evaluation services in the Group.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Human Resources Development/ Management Services/ Production Management.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 4 years’ organisational design experience

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)

    • Render support services on Organisational Design (e.g. structure design/review, job profiling) matters.
    • Maintain SAP Organisation Management (OM) data.
    • Facilitate job evaluation/grading.
    • Provide administrative support.
    • Schedule job analysis and grading sessions, Job Profiling Committee and OD team meetings etc.

    Specialist: Organisational Design (OD)

    DEPARTMENTAL MISSION:

    • To provide specialist organisational design services functions in the Group.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree in Human Resources Management/ Human Resources Development/ Management Services/ Production Management

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 8 years’ experience in Human Resources Management of which 3 years must be at supervisory level

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs):

    • Contribute to the development and review of OD frameworks.
    • Provide consultative and advisory services on Organisational Design (e.g. workforce planning, structure design/review, job
      analysis) matters.
    • Facilitate job evaluation/grading.
    • Support the implementation of grading outcomes.
    • Maintain SAP Organisation Management (OM) data.

    Specialist: Change Management

    DEPARTMENTAL MISSION:

    • To lead and manage the organisation’s change management initiatives.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development/ Journalism / Behavioural Science

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 8 years’ change management experience with at least 3 years’ experience at specialist level

    ADDED ADVANTAGE:

    • Certificate in Change Management.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs):

    • Develop and maintain change management frameworksꓹ plans, processesꓹ and tools to support people side of change within the organisation.
    • Lead and manage change management functions.
    • Develop change management strategies and plans.
    • Provide advice and consultative expertise on change management matters.
    • Determine the section’s (Change Management) resource requirements in accordance with the expected deliverables.
