About the role:
The PwC Advisory Line of Service has an opportunity for Specialist Mobile Applications Developers / Programmers to work on a mobile applications development project. The project will include all aspects of the software development lifecycle, i.e. analysis, design, build, test and implementation on mobile platforms and mobile devices.
The project will cover the following:
Compile technical design documents and database design documents in accordance with functionality reflected in the design documents;
Developing new functionality as reflected in the design documents. Development is required to be carried out in accordance with the coding standards that will be shared with developers at the start of the project.
Develop and/or modify system reports as per requirements; and
Conduct component, module and system testing to ensure that the developed functionality is in line with the requirements in the detailed design.
Technical requirements:
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Native mobile application development
Minimum of 3 years working experience in C#
Minimum of 1 year working experience in .NET Framework / .NET Standard / .NET Core
Minimum of 3 years working experience in MVVM design pattern
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Object oriented programming
Minimum of 2 years working experience in Software design patterns and practices
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Communicating with web services using JSON/XML
Minimum of 3 years working experience in T-SQL
Minimum of 3 years working experience in XAML
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Strong debugging skills
Minimum of 2 years working experience in mobile applications development
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Results oriented / meet deadlines / maintain calm approach with multiple tasks
Technical aptitude
Ability to solve problems creatively / strong analysis skills
Minimum of 2 years working experience in Geo-coding and Geo-Tagging concepts
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Technical writing
Experience with software development on Apple Mac
Minimum of 2 years working experience in TFVC/Git
Minimum of 1 year working experience in Xamarin.Android
Minimum of 1 year working experience in Xamarin.iOS
Minimum of 2 years working experience in Understanding of Web Technologies stack
Development Tools
Minimum of 2 years working experience in Visual Studio/ Visual Studio for Mac/ XCode
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Minimum of 3 years working experience in Microsoft Team Foundation Server
Preference will be given to ACI Candidates in accordance with PwC's Transformation Agenda.
