    Specialist: Talent Acquisition _ Pipeline

    Main Purpose

    Our Specialists in Talent Acquisition support business units across the bank including Technology and Group Shared Services. We are looking for individuals who want to raise the bar and join our team of recruiters to attract, engage and appoint the best in the industry. This role would be well suited to a someone who:

    • Has a positive and curious mindset, which helps navigate an environment of constant change. No challenge is too daunting, solutioning excites you
    • Has high energy and enthusiasm, which inspires those around you. Naturally supporting with building partnerships with your stakeholders
    • Recognises the importance of being effective at planning, communicating and organising- this helps you to reach your goals while juggling multiple vacancies
    • Has a passion for delivery. We consistently prioritise and focus to deliver value to our stakeholders

    The Ideal candidate will have

    • 3- 5 + years’ experience in a talent acquisition client facing role, interacting with various stakeholders in a fast paced, growing organisation
    • Proven experience managing the holistic talent acquisition candidate life cycle (full end to end recruitment process)
    • Proven experience in managing a talent acquisition client portfolio.
    • Proven experience in putting together a delivery action plan for your client area
    • Proven experience in delivering to measurable goals in a competitive environment
    • Knowledge of best practice HR processes and procedures
    • Knowledge of relevant legislation, i.e., LRA, Employment Equity Act
    • Proven experience of using influence and relationships to drive and achieve objectives

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
    • A relevant degree in Psychology or Industrial/Organisational Psychology

    Qualifications (Preferred)

    • A relevant post graduate degree in Psychology or Industrial/Organisational Psychology
    • Qualified Psychometrist/Psychologist registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
