About the job
Purpose: To manage and action the administrative tasks in the Brandy Cellar and also to supervise the daily tasks in the cellar. Ensure OTIF to packaging is met and maintained.
The incumbent is responsible for and will continually strive to ensure that only food safe, quality products and services that meets all applicable standards and requirements (legal, regulatory and client), are supplied with integrity
