Purpose: To manage and action the administrative tasks in the Brandy Cellar and also to supervise the daily tasks in the cellar. Ensure OTIF to packaging is met and maintained.

The incumbent is responsible for and will continually strive to ensure that only food safe, quality products and services that meets all applicable standards and requirements (legal, regulatory and client), are supplied with integrity

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with suitable tertiary qualification in ( Administration / Systems / Wine Oenology / Production)
• 2-3 years SAP experience
• 1-2 years work experience on Customs and Excise
• 1-2 years experience working on Wine Online System
• Previous experience working in bulk spirits environment
• Code EB Driver’s license

Job Summary:

• Ensure on time and in full delivery to packaging
• Do monthly stock takes recons
• Ensure Customs and Excise is adhered to for bulk movements
• Ensure production adheres to IMS system standards
• Process export applications as per order requirements
• Process DAFF blending applications
• Plan lab analysis as per SOP
• Complete Final Acceptance documents
• Monthly reconciliation of bulk stock
• Record daily cellar movements
• Ensure correct excise documentation is supplied to customers
• To review department controlled documents and provide training as required
• Complete export submissions and applications
• Submit DAFF blending applications
• To review and sign off on completed blends
• To review lab analysis, discuss and action any non-conformance
• Capture SAP transfers, blends, production orders, Job cards, requisitions, PID, Reports, Controlled documents
• Execute Excel stock reconciliation as per SOP
• Excise reconciliation on daily and monthly basis
• Process export submissions on Wine Online
• Process Easy Clear submissions
