Admitted as an Attorney in terms of the Attorney Act 53 of 1979.
DUTIES :
Act as Attorney for the Asset Forfeiture Unit. Execute tasks that by law must be performed by Attorneys.
Attend to diverse types of civil litigation in the High Court, Magistrate Courts as well as appeals from these courts, including appeals to the Supreme Court of Appeal.
Deal with constitutional issues, including litigation in the Constitutional Court. Draft and / or settle all types of agreements render legal opinions, draft and move applications.
Attend to queries from curators on litigation of Asset Forfeiture matters. Collect all taxed bills of all costs in favour of the state.
