Key Responsibility Areas

• Undertakes all functions related to the approval of payment documents captured on the JDE.
• Attends to all query related matters.
• Produces monthly statistics reports and record the number of JDE capturing errors, reoslved and unresolved payment queries.
• Undertakes supervision of subordinate staff.
• Deputises for the Accountant when reqiured.

Essential Requirements

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent with Mathematics and or Accounting and a certificate in Accounting or any other related and equivalent certificate.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 3 Years relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements

• Tertiary (NQF Level 6) in Accounting with Financial Accounting as a major subject or any other related and equivalent qualification.
• 4 Years relevant experience.
