Supplier Quality Assurance Technologist 

A Client, a leading global FMCG Food manufacturing company is urgently looking for a LRQA Lead Auditor qualified QA Technologist to proactively ensure that Suppliers comply with their Quality & Food Safety standards so that all materials delivered to manufacturing sites are according to specification. You will represent the business in conducting quality audits while building professional relationships with suppliers, to guard and improve the quality of Raw and Packaging materials.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting non-conformance root cause analysis for raw material and packaging issues.
• Perform supplier audits according to the the company’s Audit procedure for the assigned raw material and packaging supplier portfolio given.
• Monitor and report quality performance of suppliers, and also undertake supplier development activities to build capabilities.

A completed LRQA Lead Auditor course, degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality or equivalent and at least 4 to 6 years Quality Assurance and Supplier Auditing experience within a Food or Beverage manufacturing environment is required. You must have good understanding of Quality & Food Safety and Material Quality management standards & legislation.
