We have a career opportunity for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Consultant with a proven track record in innovative sourcing within the engineering and/or consulting industries in Africa and the Middle East. Role responsibilities
Owning and managing the full talent acquisition cycle with strong systems and process experience ensuring governance.
Proactively build and apply strategic sourcing plans and practices to create pipeline and secure talent requirements.
Strong market networks and social media presence and experience.
Operate confidently and strategically with a great “can do” attitude influenced by “fit for future”;
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements according to Zutari's job classifications.
Lead and manage employer branding initiatives such as targeted recruitment campaigns
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Workday/Deltek would be highly advantageous).
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks such as LinkedIn)
Minimum requirements
Human Resources qualification and background in professional services;
Minimum of 5 years or more relevant talent acquisition experience in engineering and/or consulting across Africa and the Middle East;
Strong relationship builder with ability to influence and partner with key stakeholders;
Commercially astute with sound business acumen;
Professional, confident communication, and approach to drive strategic business partnering;
Strong administration and planning skills
Live by the Zutari codes, ensuring compliance and driving transformation; and
