    The Role

    • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist (German Speaking) to join our expanding Europe TA team, helping to support the growth of the business.
    • You will be responsible for building an engaged candidate base, with a focus on sourcing the best talent and becoming a subject matter expert in your skillset.  You will also be responsible for making sure the technologies used for finding, building, and maintaining relationships with candidates are managed accurately and effective, including use of our HR and CRM tools i.e.:  Workday

    • You need to have strong administrative and organization skills.
    • You need to demonstrate an ability to understand a skillset requirement and translate that information into a search that allows you to identify and engage the strongest candidates on the external market.
    • You need to be flexible to learning new skills, taking on new challenges, and supporting the Leadership and the greater Capita business.
    • You need to have the ability to use a variety of sourcing channels and look for innovative ways to find and engage passive candidates for future job opportunities.
    • You need to be comfortable and confident in building and maintaining relationships with candidates over time to ensure that they are engaged and interested when a vacancy becomes available.
    • A friendly and confident telephone manner and comfortable speaking with colleagues at various levels throughout the business.
    • A good eye for detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when working to deadlines.
    • Ability to produce reports.

    Key Responsibilities

    • End-to-end/full cycle recruitment (Resourcing & Attracting, Selecting & Screening, Interviewing, Personnel Credential Checks & References, Onboarding)
    • Identify and engage an ongoing pipeline of candidates for future roles.
    • Liaise with hiring managers and Leadership to build knowledge of specialist areas as well as operations.
    • Proactively source and engage candidates through use of LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other online tools to build their interest in working for the company.
    • Engaging candidates, building rapport, and assessing suitability for pipelining vacancies
    • Shortlisting and presenting candidates who are the best possible fit for the role.
    • Support planning calls with stakeholders alongside Leadership.
    • Manage a candidate care strategy before and during the live recruitment process to include, but not be limited to frequency of contact, information provided, and consistent quality feedback.
    • Supporting your Leadership with the benchmarking of roles
    • Daily/Weekly and/or Monthly resourcing updates

    Minimum Requirement

    • 1 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment

    OR

    • 1 years’ teaching experience gained as educator, teaching German as a first or second language subject

    OR

    • 1 year German speaking Tour Guide or Consultant

    With the below

    • Good telephone manner and communication skills
    • Computer Literacy including Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and Teams as well as Resourcing Platforms)
    • Experience within the BPO is preferred but not essential.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 or Equivalent (Completed)
    • Fluent in German and English
    • Must be a SA Citizen or SA Permanent Residence
