Talent Acquisition Specialist : Human Resource Department at FSCA South Africa

Key Performance Areas:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with departmental Heads and recruiting managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Influence a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
• Promote FSCA’s employer brand through strategic recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant labour laws and FSCA policies during the recruitment process.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, using data to optimize the hiring process.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years and more of recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment service provider. Experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the financial sector or regulatory environment.
