Talent Acquisition Specialist : Human Resource Department
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with departmental Heads and recruiting managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
Influence a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
Promote FSCA’s employer brand through strategic recruitment marketing initiatives.
Maintain compliance with all relevant labour laws and FSCA policies during the recruitment process.
Track and report on recruitment metrics, using data to optimize the hiring process.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years and more of recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment service provider. Experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the financial sector or regulatory environment.
