Role and Responsibilities:

•         Manage end to end recruitment activities, job posting, talent sourcing, prescreening, interview, offer management and onboarding process for the assigned hiring requisition workbench
•         Build a repository of resources proactively for business-critical roles as per strategic workforce plan
•         Hands on experience in headhunting and social media hiring for the Africa Region
•         Should have experience working with geographically distributed team in a large MNC environment
•         Accountable for end to end hiring process with focus on stake-holder management
•         Designing a strategy for fulfillment to meet the business targets.
•         Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience -

•         Graduate degree or equivalent
•         4-8 years of experience as technical recruiter / senior technical recruiter in Africa market
•         Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
•         Go getter, highly committed and exceptional execution skills.
•         Thinks customers and business first while acting with integrity.
•         Demonstrates ability to influence customers and drive the recruiting process with speed
