Job Description
An opportunity exists within the People and Culture team of Absa Corporate and Investment Bank for a Specialist Talent Partner. They will drive the development and implementation of business-specific talent management strategies and activities, as per CIB’s priorities and requirements. Key accountabilities to include thought leadership, stakeholder engagement and talent development. B Degree or similar with at least 3 years’ experience in Talent Management in a large complex organization or consultancy Significant experience providing advice and guidance to senior business and HR stakeholders and on talent management topics and successful track record of developing talent solutions to develop, engage and retain top talent. Experience in an Investment Bank highly advantageous.
