    Team Assistant - Open Location

    Job Description

    Purpose:

    Provide proactive administrative support to the Group Head of Business Improvement & the wider Group Business Improvement (BI) team, acting as a key enabler to promote cohesion and communication across the global team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Arranging and managing meetings, conferences & virtual events along with supporting technology.
    • Diary management - proactively ensuring any necessary requirements are in place, using judgement to adjust meetings as required based on prioritization.
    • Expense reconciliation and invoice administration through SAP.
    • Coordinate and book business trips, arranging visas and all necessary. administration surrounding international travel.
    • Preparation of documents and presentations – supporting creation of engaging presentation materials.
    • To provide “first point of contact” for Group BI (Business Improvement).
    • To assist global T&S members when visiting the Johannesburg office.
    • Daily administration support for Group BI.
    • Operate in a cost effective way and in accordance with policies.
    • Demonstrate behaviour in line with the Group’s values, standards and a professional workplace.
    • Participate as an effective team member in working collaboratively with Group Heads, Technical & Sustainability team, peers and relevant others (including from other teams where relevant) to achieve business goals.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Certificate in relevant discipline.

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
    • Familiarity with travel and expenses booking tools.
    • Working knowledge of SAP.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use initiative.
