Team Lead Client On-Boarding - Johannesburg at RMB - Rand Merchant Bank

Job Description

To supervise a team across Client On-Boarding processes such as documentation and KYC so that Client documentation and information is completed accurately and timeously

• Identify potential new clients and investors either directly or indirectly to understand their funding needs
• Proactively approach clients or investors to them to offer them potential solutions and facilitate their buy-in to the right solutions
• Work with other BUs to ensure the bank is generating ideas for clients across the spectrum of what RMB can do to ensure a synergistic client approach and product innovation
• Continually scan the market to identify opportunities to create strategic partnerships with key individuals and bodies
• Liaise with regulatory bodies for deal approval and to ensure compliance with their requirements
• Participate in various internal forums
• Identify opportunities to leverage relationships and promote sharing of knowledge ideas and insights
• Demonstrate pride in the organisations brand services and products by consistently delivering on the brands promise
• Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
