Team Lead – UI/UX (Developer) front-end

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant Tertiary IT Degree/Diploma in development from an industry-recognized training institution.
- Certification in UI/UX design is preferential.
- Portfolio of web applications or websites
Required Experience (relevant or in a similar role);
- Minimum 5 years development experience.
- Experience in both Health Insurance and Financial Services.
- Good knowledge of Mathematics, Insurance, and Health Care.
- Proven Experience in UI/UX design and optimization.
- Track record in delivery of projects.
- Experience in Agile processes and sprint control.
- Experience using Azure Devops, CI/CD, Pipelines
Technical skills:
- 5 years’ working experience with ASP.NET, MVC.
- 5 years’ working experience in styling, skinning, and building of user interfaces, using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and other frameworks.
- 5 years’ working experience in designing interfaces for usability and friendliness.
- 2 years’ experience with MSSQL 2016+, incl T-SQL and query optimizations preferential.
- Working experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and Power BI preferential.
- Extensive experience working in Azure DevOps (tickets, sprints, code versioning, release management).
