Job Description    
Nulandis is looking to recruit a Technical Advisor to work in the Cape. To support the Crop Advisors and Regional Managers in promoting Nulandis in-house products to customers; and to provide technical advice and training on in-house and 3rd party products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Responsible for the development of spray program guidelines on in-house and 3rd party products for the Crop Advisors.
• Provide registered recommendations on specific area related crops and understand crop residues.
• Distribution of spray programs on in-house and 3rd party products per crop for use by the Crop Advisors.
• Organise proper training days for Crop Advisors on in-house and 3rd party products per crop.
• Attend to customer complaints/ claims.
• Interact with key influencers in industry to promote in-house and 3rd party products and grow existing client base.
• Act on leads for new products.
• Execute company NuWay strategy.
• Train Crop Advisors to engage effectively with customers.
• Contribute to the 3-way mix (Regional Manager/Technical Advisory Manager/Agronomist) in the planning, strategy and implementation of NuWay in areas of responsibility.
• Required to meet budget targets as set by the Company.
• Communicate product strategy with Portfolio Managers.

Qualifications & Experience    

• Matric / Grade 12.
• B.Agric / B.Sc Agric degree or NQF equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years post-graduate experience in the agricultural industry in agrochemicals and/or agriculture.
• Must be able to travel.
