National Senior Certificate with Mathematics is compulsory
A tertiary qualification in Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Strong aptitude for mathematics and science
Driver’s license and own transport is preferred but not essential
Must reside in the Western Cape
Strong interest in the technical aspects of construction and concrete production
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is advantageous
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
Must be medically and physically fit
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Technical Department in monitoring, developing, and optimising the technical performance of concrete products.
Support quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction
Participate in research and development projects to enhance product offerings
Aid in maintaining a safe working environment and comply with health and safety regulations
Provide support to customers and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with the team to ensure the delivery of the most efficient and cost-effective testing services
