Technical Training Intern at Air Liquide

• In this position the incumbent is responsible for converting training evidence into a digital format, assisting with departmental administrative duties and improving training material as well as risk awareness posters to strengthen the training message in the field.
• Update Qualification Table and store soft copy evidence in a centralized platform.
• Create soft copy evidence of existing training files and save in a centralized platform.
• Follow-up on outstanding training evidence and on-the-job evaluations.
• Coordinating implementation of planned training.
• Preparation and distribution of training material / qualification certificates.
• Provide all training attendance registers to the Skills Development Facilitator.
• Assist in compiling all evidence required for audits.
• Assist in the Intelex training project roll out.
• Training material localization / requalification and poster design development.
