Experience:

• Appropriate experience in operating an electronic switchboard/PABX, a messaging and paging system.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• General Education and Training Certificate (GETC) /grade 9 (Std 7).

Duties

• Handle all outgoing and incoming calls. Manage switchboard, answer telephonic queries and deliver messages. Ensure that switchboard and telephone equipment is in working order. Handling of PABX and VOIP systems. Monitor, place and record all cellular, national and international calls made. Keep records of speed dial number. Send and receive calls via the 2-way radio. Broadcast staff and information via broadcast system. Report all faults to Supervisor.
