    Temp Customer Service Rep - Claremont Area, Cape Town

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Claremont area for temp position.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The candidate will be based at Cavendish Square Mall.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
    • Maintain a positive attitude and provide friendly and personalized service to all customers.
    • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions.
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Recommend improvements to customer service processes and procedures.
    • Work with POS systems
    • Work with cash credit and debit cards
    • Knowledge of Cavendish Square will be an advantage
    • Able to work on weekends as well as public holidays when required

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
    • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
    • A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
