Temp Financial Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) at SAOTA

• SAOTA, a global Architectural Design Firm is looking for a dynamic self-starter, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, for a fixed term position. A good understanding of working with multi-currencies and dealing with high profile clients is essential. This is a work from home position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting Project Teams with Invoicing to clients in multi-currencies using Vantage Management Software
• Dealing with Project Teams and Client queries on Billing, Disbursements, and payments
• Reconciliation of Billing accounts and Forex losses/gains
• Record Keeping of Financial data in Excel
• Cashbook Processing in Pastel
• Posting and data capture in Vantage
• Receipting in Vantage

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ Years relevant experience
• Financial qualification advantageous
• Industry experience preferred
• Working Excel Knowledge essential
• Pastel Experience essential
