MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
People Manager responsible for sales, employee coaching and development across the total Medtronic portfolio. Establishing the collaboration between Sales and Enabler functions for the successful execution of the Business and Marketing Strategy. The Territory lead will also be responsible for Key Stakeholder Management in specifically targeted accounts.
Communicates values, growth drivers, strategies, and objectives; assigns responsibilities, monitors performance, develops a culture that encourages open dialogue and engagement.

Business or marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification
JOB EXPERIENCE
At least 7 years’ experience in sales with a proven track recordRelevant product and industry knowledge related to MedtronicExperience with relevant software applications.Managerial previous experience is a must.
