Trade Term and Price Maintenance Routine Data Processor at Diageo

Job Description :

• Accountable for end-to-end estimation, validation and settlement of trade terms on direct sales
• Contract management and master data maintenance (e.g. loading contract rates in SAP)
• Resolve accruals necessary for various categories of trade terms (collaborating closely with OTC to settle month end entries required)
• Estimate/validate quarterly sales drivers in liaison with sales performance team
• Routine interaction with commercial teams, Libra and Smollans to resolve validation/data issues
• Ensure completeness of all audit requirements related to estimation, validation and settlement of trade terms (including retaining necessary evidence)
• Support and make recommendations to the Commercial teams on non compliance 
• Ensure collection and validation of ad-hoc/performance related trade incentives (e.g. growth incentive)

Indirect sales (sales out handled by third party outsourced service provider)

• Accountable for end-to-end estimation, validation and settlement of trade terms on indirect sales
• Validation and settlement of all trade terms requested by outsourced service provider
• Validation of price claims received from third party outsourced service provider

Pricing

• Accountable for all aspects of list price and promotional price master data maintenance
• Master data creation of new SKUs
• Loading of price discounts / promos (current state)
• Master data maintenance of deals (switch on/off) under new price compliance model
• Annual price increase
