We are seeking an energetic, highly organised, and detail-oriented Training Assistant and Administrator to support the Training Division at our Head Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting learning and development initiatives, coordinating training activities, maintaining accurate training records, and assisting with the implementation of the organisation’s learning and development strategy.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about people development, talent growth, and building a strong learning culture within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Minimum Requirements
Completed Degree (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)
Certified Matric Certificate required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar training, HR, or learning administration role
Exposure to corporate training environments preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
Prompt and professional correspondence and communication
Assist with assessments and research for training material
Assist to organise and facilitate training sessions
Assist to manage an online learning platform
Assist with the induction process for new employees
Maintain accurate employee training records
Data compilation and analysis for reporting to management
Contribute to our customer-centric corporate culture
