Transfer Secretary - Pretoria at MacRobert Incorporated

Requirements :

• Minimum 7 years' experience in transfers and diverse matters, i.e. estate transfers, sectional titles, subdivisions, consolidations
• Meticulous and accurate drafting
• Ability to attend to finances on a transfer instruction
• Ability to work on electronic files and systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional knowledge and experience in all aspects of conveyancing, drafting of documents / deeds.
• Good understanding of the deed's office procedures and practice
• Ability to work in a process driven environment 
• Ability to report to more than one director
• Ability to handle large volumes of work
• Ability to work in a team and independently

Qualifications:

• Matric
• At least 7 years experience in a similar role
• Legal Secretary/ Conveyancing qualifications will be beneficial
• Knowledge pertaining to Lexi Nexis, AJS and Flow systems will be advantageous.
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Keen attention to detail in order to accurately record information and maintain meticulous records is vert vital
