    Transformation & Stakeholder Engagement Manager

    Who You Are:

    What you’ll have done before:

    Baseline:

    • NFQ Level 7 (Degree Business Admin/ Human Resources/ Public Management or related field
    • 10 years’ experience in Transformation (BBBEE) and Stakeholder Engagement with knowledge of BBBEE Legislation
    • Experience in Managing others.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Determine forecast for year ahead and provide annual input into CAPEX /OPEX business plan/budget and develop business plans/ budget and ensure availability of accurate budget indicators
    • Manage cost control processes and report on budget variances and track monthly spend and generate monthly CAPEX reports
    • Develop and implement BBBEE strategy, policies, and SOPs to drive BBBEE transformation and sustainable development
    • Represent Engen on Transformation and Compliance bodies, where required
    • Lead and co-create Engen’s integrated economic, social, environmental, and cultural interventions across the value chain
    • Develop and implement comprehensive CSI strategy, policy and advise on standard operations process to ensure Engen’s socio- economic investment aligns and creates value to the overall business strategy.
    • Facilitate strategic CSI partnerships for effective and high impact co-operation
    • Build relationships with partner organisations to support Engen’s license to operate.
    • Guide the implementation and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives designed for positive impact on the environment and local communities.
